Our pricing includes hydro, water, and internet to help make your living experience as seamless and cost-effective as possible. Weโre putting the all in all-inclusive with 24-hour security, a fitness centre, and a yoga studio for you to unwind from the workday. Added luxuries like in-suite laundry and housekeeping? Theyโre included too. We even help plan your grocery visits with our bi-weekly grocery bus.
Exclusive Young Professional Floors

But you also need it to be a creative space, somewhere you can get work done without distractions. Our new building, Envie II, has two floors completely dedicated to young professional housing. That means being surrounded by like-minded people focused on quiet time and going to bed early for Monday morning, just like you. All of our suites provide space for you to focus on what drives you, and these floors ensure you have added privacy and quiet to let your juices flow.
Shared Apartments
Living all by yourself might not be for everyone. Thinking of having a roommate to bond with, share ideas, and maybe even network together? Envieโs got you covered. Our shared apartments in Ottawa still allow you to have your own space and me-time in your own bedroom with a dedicated workspace and ensuite bathroom, all while sharing common areas like the kitchen and living space. Whether cooking meals together or ordering takeout, brainstorming for a work project or collaborating on your next presentation, a roommate might soon become a friend for life that you canโt live without!

Thatโs why we invite you to take our personality quiz and find your perfect match. Weโll ensure you are both living with similar schedules and post-grad lifestyles, along with whether you are new to the city or fresh out of school. We pre-screen all our roommates to ensure that your experience at Envie is one of comfort and safety, furthering our all-inclusive experience for you and your future roomie.
Enjoy your own space in a Single-Bedroom suite. Your bedroom will include a double bed, desk, and closet, and your suite will include a kitchen/living and dining area just like other suites โ but you wonโt have to share. Envieโs suites come fully furnished with comfortable, stylish furniture, stainless steel appliances and in-suite laundry. Units are styled with exposed concrete and bright accent walls for a cool urban condo vibe.
Envie II offers two types of Double-Bedrooms. Both include two bedrooms, each with a double bed, desk, and closet, and a kitchen/living and dining common area. However, there are 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suites, and 2-bedroom/1-bathroom suites. Envieโs suites come fully furnished with comfortable, stylish furniture. The suite common areas have stainless steel appliances and in-suite laundry. Units are styled with exposed concrete and bright accent walls for a cool urban condo vibe.
The Jr Two-Bedroom is a great option if youโre on a budget. You still have your own bed, desk and closet space, and share the ensuite bathroom with only one person. Your bedroom will be smaller than the standard size (junior), but youโll still have all your own space in a 2-bedroom unit. An interior junior bedroom, with no outdoor window, is also available. Envieโs suites come fully furnished with comfortable, stylish furniture. The suite common areas, including a kitchen/living and dining area, have stainless steel appliances and in-suite laundry. Units are styled with exposed concrete and bright accent walls for a cool urban condo vibe.
Enjoy an open-concept style suite for one! Studio suites have no closed off bedroom, but all other amenities (double bed, desk, closet, ensuite bathroom, kitchen/living and dining area) remain the same, without having to share common areas.
