*Contest is open to Canadian residents with the exception of residents of Quebec. No purchase is required. Contest entries are defined as follows: 1) One entry for every new lease with a minimum duration of 12 months, signed between January 13th, 2021 and March 31st, 2021 with a lease date from September 1st, 2021 to August 26th, 2022. Leases under 12 months are not applicable. 2) Participants who take an Envie Student virtual tour between the period of January 13th, 2021 and March 31st, 2021. Contest entries are limited to one entry per person, and valid for new leases only; not applicable to transfers from existing residents. Draw will be held on April 1st, 2021 at 4:00pm (EST) and winner will be notified via phone and/or email and asked to perform a skill test. Contest winner cannot transfer prize to any other person or transfer their lease.
