Moved in at the beginning of my 3rd year undergrad studies at Carleton University. Envie is a great beginner apartment for anyone who has never lived on their own as it has all the necessities included; furnished, laundry, Wi-Fi, gym, study rooms and more! It’s also right beside Little Italy’s Preston Street, which is full of amazing shops, restaurants and is close to parks, Dow’s Lake and Carleton. The staff is really the cherry on top! They work extremely hard to make living here wonderful for everyone with loads of events and fun activities.
I like the fact that the amenities provide everyone’s needs. For example, I like the gym, game room and the study area. Envie is basically like home away from home it has whatever you would need, I mean there is a 24/7 mart in the building.
I have been living here for about a year now. I really enjoy the activities that Envie has to offer. I really enjoy the gym as well, well maintained and clean.
Views, place, convenience, connectivity, amenities, people, and experience are all amazing. Envie is an excellent place to live for students and young professionals like me. For what I pay and what I get is truly exceptional and makes worth the price paid and yet it is not expensive to live here. The O-train is literally footsteps away from the building and you are off to places in minutes like Carleton U, which is just a stop away. The penthouse (open to all residents) with 360 views of Ottawa is just unbeatable and priceless. Just bring your books, clothes and food, and the rest will be taken care of for you. All-in-all a great first step off-campus
As I’m an international student, I was worried I wouldn’t find any calm place for studying but Envie has welcoming community places.
The units coming furnished is extremely useful and convenient. The location being next to 24/7 store is quite nice. Overall the staff including reception are very kind and always try to help out. Ekam is by far the easiest leasing agent to work with.
I really like the quality and the management of the Envie building compared to others in the Sandy Hills area. The management is very responsive and feedback is taken seriously. Also the AC is great and having everything included takes a lot of stress away so I only have to focus on school.

Living at Envie suites has been a great experience. The amenities are outstanding, including a well equipped gym, spacious common areas, and 24/7 security that provides peace of mind. As a pet owner, I appreciate the pet-friendly policy, which makes it convenient and comfortable for my furry friend. The service staff in the building are always friendly and efficient.
